During the inspection
- Professional and thorough inspection of building condition
- 30-45 minute inspection per unit, depending on size and condition
- Spot repairs of minor deficiencies (such as loose knobs and handles)
- Photographs of conditions requiring repair or observation
- Compassion and respect for members and residents
After the inspection
- Reports for each unit inspected
- Summary of deficiencies divided by time-sensitivity
- Time estimates or referral to another professional (such as plumber or electrician)
- Secure photo gallery hosted on our server
